Ransom Cyprus
Massive paws carried the man along the onyx-covered beaches. His muzzle wrinkled in disgust at the black sand that pressed up between his toes - he wasn't used to such rough landscapes, but his traveling paws had brought him this way. To his right, the water lapped at the blackened shoreline, and to his left, the large, treacherous arms of mountains glared at him. He paid the looming mountain little mind as he continued his trek forward, not knowing where he was going but remaining as confident as ever. His head was held high, his footsteps near silent as electric purple orbs maintained a visual of his surroundings.
It would be quite careless of him to let his guard down in unfamiliar territory. Ransom wasn't worried about the shadows that peeked at him from the jagged fissures in the mountainside - he wasn't afraid of the dark. He knew the actual dangers were not ghosts but those made of flesh and bone. While he was never one to turn away from a fight, he wasn't keen on being caught unawares. After all, with only his nose and the moonlight to guide his way, he had all the more reason to remain vigilant. Maybe, if he played his cards right, he'd find someone along the way he could take advantage of. It'd been some time since the last time he had some proper fun. Ransom Cyprus
The salt in the air must have dulled Ransom's senses, or perhaps it was the wind blowing the other male's scent away. Whatever the reason, the great brute hadn't been aware of the ivory male's arrival until his dramatic entrance of salt water and sand. On instinct Ransom's head whipped around in his direction, his muzzle wrinkling into a snarl whilst ears were pulled tightly against his skull. A growl was emitted from Ransom's chest, the tone deep and menacing. His hackles rose like needles along his spine, his piercing lavender eyes catching the faint glow of the moon overhead.
He had prepared himself for an attack, but what he was met with was an idiot who gawked at him like he had two heads. He didn't know what was more annoying - his night being interrupted or the lack of creativity this fellow clearly displayed. Ransom was looking to be entertained for the night; what was he supposed to do with this poor excuse of a man? Ransom raised his crown when it became clear this wolf would do nothing but blink at him. "What the hell are you gawking at?" He nearly hissed, but finally, the male's eyes were on the move. The golden hues looked him from his head down to his paws and back up again, a clear indication as any that this male was checking him out. Oh, how marvelous. Had Ransom not been in the mood to fuck, he might not have been as amused with these turn of events. "Come now, surely you can do better than 'you there.' It's clear to me why you've called my attention to you, and while you seem impressed with me, I find myself only amazed with the lack of speech you seem capable of." Ransom clicked his tongue, his lavender eyes rolling in their sockets before he spoke once more, "Do tell me you can do more than eye fuck me." Ransom arched a brow at the ivory male with fiery orange eyes as he suddenly looked away. Was he losing his nerve? How sad - easily deterred by a bit of sass. Perhaps tonight wouldn't be as fun as he hoped it would be. It seemed the alabaster male wouldn't be struck silent for too long, though. He returned with words of his own, these ones dripping with sarcasm and the aid of an eye roll. What did he think he was gaining by acting so dramatic? The male found himself baffled, truthfully, but he was amused enough to recline upon his haunches. The black sand beneath his rear irritated him so, but he wasn't worried about that right now. "I wouldn't have minded had you given me a compliment. Perhaps I simply wished to hear words of praise given instead of an empty stare," he teased, his deep baritones riding easily on the gentle breeze.
His electric purple eyes watched the little roll of his hips, but Ransom wasn't to be enticed by a little sashay of hips. He had standards - even for his random fucks he never intended to see again. He didn't let anyone fuck him - or be fucked by him for that matter - that he didn't see as being worthy of him. The male turned away from him, seemingly deep in thought, at which Ransom found himself cocking his skull in question. "I can certainly say it's been some time since I last saw something like you as well. I don't think I've seen anyone who had the sun for eyes before," he decided to compliment. Ransom had been known to be a sweet-talker if it benefited him, and he was eager to see if giving a little sugar would cause the male to come closer. "In my experience, these nights are best spent closer together," he pointed out, his hulking frame standing to his paws to stalk forward a few steps. "Maybe you should come closer?" Ransom Cyprus
"Ransom."
Of course, that wasn't his birth name - or at least he didn't think it was - but it was the name he came to be known by over the years he lived life. He was no longer sure where this night was headed, truthfully. It seemed to be veering off in a different direction altogether. Ransom wasn't typically interested in small talk when it came to these interactions, but the man was good-looking, and he wasn't doing anything else. What was the harm in biting? "Thought that was obvious. Was taking a walk," he responded gruffly, but his lips pulled into a slight smirk. His amusement over the interaction ping-ponged between slightly annoyed and interested. Only time would tell where it would go from here. If anything, the white male caught his attention with the mention of food. His stomach rumbled with all the fury of a thunderstorm, which surprised the brute. When was the last time he'd eaten something? He turned his head in the direction toward the water, his head canting just so to the right. "The fuck am I supposed to eat out of that?" He paused, his strides turning to approach the water the male had pointed out to him. "Listen, I'm not interested in any seaweed or nothin' like that." His gaze lifted once again to regard Satchel with lavender eyes. "Unless you're telling me you can fish?" "You prey on people like a spider waiting for a fly." table by rae - image by bunny |

Ransom Cyprus
He was offered no response.
In fact, he had only earned the slight raise of an eyebrow. Then the wolf was gone, leaping into the water without so much as a second thought. "The fuck were you?" He murmured slightly in disbelief, his paws bringing him closer to the water's edge to look down into its depths. His brows knitted together, head canting to the right as he wondered where the male had learned how to swim so easily. "The fuck are you hiding your gills?" The words, of course, weren't meant to be answered. He was mostly talking to himself. He didn't have to wait long for a couple of fish to be tossed onto the shore, their flopping bodies earning his gaze. Ransom was never one to eat fish, but that was simply because he didn't fish. "Hmm," he hummed, his paws carrying him closer to dip his head, and swiftly snap his jowls around the flopping bodies. In truth, he didn't want to hear them flopping against the ground anymore. It was quite annoying. After he'd stopped them from moving any longer, Ransom decided he was hungry enough to eat what was provided to him. The male had only gotten through two of the fish when the white male returned, this time procuring a starfish from the depths of the ocean. He blinked in surprise, his haunches reclining to sit in the sand. Ransom honestly wasn't used to receiving gifts. He hadn't a clue what he was supposed to do with it. "Am I supposed to eat it?" He asked, dropping his head to nose at it. "Seems like it'd be pretty chewy," he pointed out, a smirk crawling along his lips again.
